Gov Mbah taps retired federal Permanent Secretary, Chief Chinyeaka Ohaa, to chair Governing Council of Enugu State University of Technology.
Government Secretary Prof Chidiebere Onyia announced Governor Peter Mbah’s approval of this appointment and reconstitution of a new Board.
Members of the new board include Prof. Ikenna Chukwu, James Ifeanyi, Gladys Okoro, Chinedu Onu, and Dr Eric Oluedo.
Onyia disclosed that Gov Mbah also promoted Prof Uchenna Ekwochi as Provost of the ESUT College of Medicine.
Aninwike heads signage agency
Gov Mbah also tapped Mr. Francis Aninwike to lead the Enugu State Structure for Signage and Advertisement Agency as new General Manager.
Aninwike is a communication specialist with considerable experience in designs and signage.
Gov Mbah encouraged the new appointees to show their commitment and competence on the job.
“It is expected that you will bring to bear your years of experiences and leadership qualities as technocrats and help the state to reposition these institutions and agency in line with the disruptive innovation and governance philosophy of this administration,” the statement added.
