The number of cases in the United States continued to multiply beyond every other country in the world.
With 427,118 infections and growing, America is fast approaching more half of all the infections reported in all six top countries reporting cases of the virus today, including Spain, Italy, Germany, France and China where the virus first broke out.
Over 14,500 Americans have already died from the virus, the most deaths by country behind Italy and Spain.
The virus is wreaking great devastation in the West with Italy taking the lead with over 17,600 people dead, followed by Spain with 14,648 persons who have succumbed to the virus and the United States in third place.
