2.      Supply and Use of Information on the Site

(c) ensure that all information supplied to us through the directory or in relation to the directory is true, accurate, current, complete, and non-misleading

(d) conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation to scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to our directory without our express written consent.

3.      Registration and accounts

(a) to be eligible for a membership account on our website, you must be a business owner-manager, home manager or working mom, youth entrepreneur, or visitor living or doing business in the geographical market of the directory.

(b) You may register for an account with our website by completing and submitting the account registration form on our website and clicking on the verification link in the email that the website will send to you.

(c) You must not allow any other person to use your account to access the website and promptly notify us in writing immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

(d) your registration user ID is personal to you and must be kept confidential.

4.      Cancellation and Information  Editing

(a) We may suspect, cancel or edit your account details at any time in our sole discretion without notice or explanation, providing that if we cancel any services you have paid for and you have not breached these terms and conditions, we will refund to you a pro rata amount of your payment, such amount to be calculated by us using any reasonable methodology;

(b) You may cancel your account on our website using your account control panel on the website; you will not be entitled to any refund if you cancel your account.

5.      Directory Services

(a) We publish a directory of service providers, institutions, groups and organizations on our website and you may use the directory to list your products and services, advertise upcoming events, list individual cars for sale, promote real estate listings, or list your used home and office property for quick disposal.

(b) Listing in the directory is free but each person wishing to list must take up free or paid membership of South East Business Network (SEBN) of any of its affiliates in Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo states – e.g. The Enugu Business Network.

(c) You have taken a free or paid membership of the network prior to listing of your organization, event, car, property for promotion or sales in our site.

(d) We may delete a free directory listing at any time, with or without notice to you.

(e) For Paid Listings, you may submit a paid listing to our directory and will have the opportunity to identify and correct errors prior to making your order.

(f) If we accept your paid submission, it will remain published on our website for a minimum of one (1) year subject to termination or deletion according to these terms and conditions.

(g) We may delete a paid directory listing at any time, providing that if we delete a paid listing before the end of the period in respect of which a corporate membership has been taken, you will not get a pro-rated refund

(h) Your directory submission constitutes your content and must not be such as to cause or may cause damage to the website or impair its performance, availability, accessibility, integrity or security of the website.

(I) You are not listing or advertising anything that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, and your content is not connected with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

6.    Our roles and responsibilities

You acknowledge that

(a) we do not confirm the identity of website users, check their credit worthiness or bona fides, or otherwise vet them.

(b) we do not check, audit or monitor the veracity of the  information contained in the advertisement or listings.

(c) we are not party to any contract for the sale or purchase of products or services advertised or listed on the site,

(d) we are not involved in any transactions between website users in any way,

(e) we are not the agents for website users,
