WHY are you organizing?

Since events invariably involve invitations to people, why should people answer you and what is in it for them, not just for you! If you know to a T why you are organizing an event, most of the things that you will need to put in place to make it a huge success will come naturally, even without drawing up a checklist. Answering the why question will enable you determine things like who to invite and how many, what you hope to gain from the event, and the value you want to deliver to your guests.
