Event planners like to ask their clients what their budget is so they can plan within that budget. It is alright to rely on them but what about if you want to organize the show yourself? This calls for a block of time to think through what it means to organize what you want to do. And how budget makes maximum impact and achieve the objective. Without determining a budget and working within it, many an event organizer has lived to rue the day.
