WHAT is your Plan B?

Events may follow Murphy’s Law and anything that can go wrong on the D-day will go wrong. Think about the weather, for instance. Arrangement of dry season events are different from those of the rainy season. The harmattan season is also different in Nigeria. Power is also an issue in Nigeria and no one can think of an event in a place that does not have constant power – without hiring a standby generator. For 200 VIPs attending an event, one can be sure that parking will become an issue for most venues in Enugu. Have you considered all of this and made alternative plans?
