Operations Manager

An Enugu-based progressive private hospital with over 150 beds, needs to employ an operations manager

Applicants interested in Operations Manager position shall possess a minimum of MBA with not less than three years’ experience at management level, IT compliant, team leader, young and determined to make a difference.

Requirement

• MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in management position.
• Strong knowledge of regulations and technology
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary

Excellent but negotiable

• Management, including planning and resource management.
• Strong leadership and team management, fostering collaboration among team members.
• Crucial stakeholder engagement, involving effective communication with various stakeholders. •
• The manager should be skilled in quality assurance, and financial management.
• A solid understanding of compliance is necessary.
