Enugu Metro delivers tools and resources that enable socialization agencies to ensure safety of the child at home.

In the process of growing up, youths are exposed to four major communities from where they learn or are taught lessons that stay with them for life. These communities include their homes, worship places, schools, and outdoor spaces. Each of these spaces impact their growth and attitude to life in many ways.

The Home is where the child begins the process of socialization. Where the child is born, who is responsible for their home training, the community where they grew up, and the children they grew up with, the peace and love they enjoyed in the home, all have an impact on the men and women they will become in future and their ability to safely navigate life within and outside the home. One home can turn out good, strong and achieving children, while another delivers to society a broken child and social misfit that becomes a danger to themselves and to society. Parents have the greatest burden of raising achieving children for society.
