Our client, an Enugu-based growing private hospital, needs a Customer Care Officer who shall interface with patients, their relatives, and hospital staff to the satisfaction of the hospital.
Responsibilities
We expect a candidate that is able to troubleshoot and resolve patients’ issues quickly, and also uses organisation knowledge to address issues.
The candidates shall have ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, co-workers, healthcare professionals, and Management, to perform other relevant duties as be assigned.
Qualifications
Candidates applying for this position must have a high school or ordinary national diploma certificate, with 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare or other organisation environment. Candidates with excellent written and verbal skills, proficient in MS Office and internet skills, and interpersonal skills will have an advantage.
